Regenerative education nurtures the skills, capabilities, knowledge, values, and ways of thinking and being necessary for thriving communities. It nurtures the inner and the outer life of individuals, communities, and societies.

Regeneration is the process through which life perpetuates itself in increasingly higher levels of vitality, abundance, and prosperity—i.e., thrivability. It is the process through which creative life force energy manifests into physical form. Regenerative development is a holistic approach to regeneration that develops our capacities to be conscious catalysts of regeneration. Being conscious catalysts of regeneration is more important now than ever, as we are in the midst of an intertwined and nearly unfathomable environmental, cultural, and spiritual crisis. ReLI supports individuals, communities, and organizations in becoming and acting as conscious catalysts of regeneration through a holistic, iterative process of experiential learning-doing-reflecting-becoming.

The ultimate aim and measure of regeneration is to what extent our thinking/consciousness and resulting actions shift to become aligned with Life’s Principles. Therefore, all regenerative initiatives must work on the internal aspects of being—consciousness, thinking, values, morals, etc.—as well as the external, or outer, aspects of being—tangible systems such as the built environment, agriculture, economics, education, governance, etc.

Our programs and courses shift both internal and external aspects of being at once to catalyze holistic and lasting changes in individuals, communities, and organizations toward regenerative thinking and acting. As we work to shift people’s consciousness and thinking, we concurrently work to shift the outer tangible outcomes of their thinking, i.e., behaviors. We also co-create regenerative projects, products, systems, communities, bioregions, and more, networking initiatives for maximum regeneration and providing opportunities for course participants to learn about, participate in, and enable regeneration.

We structure our courses as a nested and networked system of expanding expression, just like nature.

• Seed Courses offer foundational understandings and shifts necessary to begin our journey of regeneration.

  • Seed courses offer a brief introduction to regenerative development and some of its focal areas. Applied practices throughout courses support participants in thinking and acting regeneratively.

  • Courses are held in two 1.5-hour synchronous online sessions held 1 week apart. The time commitment for participants is 1.5-4 hours/week, depending on how much time one would like to invest.

  • Cost: $200

• Sprouting Courses continue our journey by providing deeper understandings and tools for us to work with.

  • Sprouting courses offer deeper understandings, tools, and competencies in many aspects of regenerative development than Seed Courses, but not as deep as Flourishing (Certification) Courses. We consider these to be “short” courses.

  • Sprouting courses are ideal for those who would like to implement some regenerative practices but are not ready to commit to becoming leaders in the field through certification courses. Theory, practice, application, and personal transformation are woven throughout each course.

  • Courses are six weeks long, held in weekly 1.5-hour synchronous online sessions. The time commitment outside of these sessions is 1.5-4 hours/week, depending on how much time one would like to invest.

  • Cost: $700

• Flourishing (Certification) Courses offer the most in-depth understandings, tools, and personal transformations for those ready to act as regenerative change agents and leaders.

  • Flourishing courses prepare participants for professional practice in the regenerative field.
  • Each course is structured differently in order to adequately prepare participants
  • All Flourishing Courses include:
    • individualized guidance/coaching
    • applied learning
    • complete regenerative project proposals/plans as a key tangible outcome
    • access to regenerative practitioner support networks 
    • access to ongoing advanced courses and offerings

One does not necessarily need to enter this progression of courses at any particular point—it is up to each individual to decide what they feel called to. All courses complement one another and create a coherent whole. We offer continued support for practitioners and students as their regenerative journey unfolds. This support includes networking and guilding opportunities to catalyze bioregional regeneration, continued educational offerings, consulting, volunteering, and professional engagement opportunities.

Our instructors are leaders in their fields, setting the standards for what regenerative is and how to do it. They hold the highest degrees and certifications available in their fields in addition to having many years of practical and teaching experience.
